    I completely agree. Whether we are typing something on our computers or looking at Twitter on our phone, when someone comes in to speak to us, we need to either put it down and focus, or ask them if they can give you one minute to finish so you can focus. Better connections happen on both ends when we prepare the listener AND when we are prepared to listen. Thanks for the reminder Neen! XOXO
