I have always been a fan of the Life is Good brand. The founder’s story is a great one, if you haven’t heard of Bert and John Jacobs it is worth reading here. They have a desire to spread optimism… love it!
Today while looking for a running t-shirt I found one with the perfect phrase ‘powered by optimism’ with a little chicky running on it! Yep … that had to come home with me. For those of you following along in social media you will see running has become my new addiction.
When you buy clothes they make a statement about what you think, how you feel and the message you want to send to the world. When you get to buy from a company and a strong brand like Life is Good the purchase makes you feel good knowing you are supporting the true entrepreneurial spirit and one that gives back to the community in many ways. Check out the work they do with Playmakers, they have created a charity for their vision that every child in the world will grow up feeling safe, loved and joyful.
Next time you reach for your t-shirt determine if it makes you feel good? Life really is good. We are gifted with so many moments in a day to make others feel like they matter. Who did you remind today? Tell someone life is good and they matter to you.
Hello Fabulous! I was just checking out your webiste and wanted to drop you a note to say that you are amazing! You inspire me with every interaction and the words I have heard you speak stay with me and shape my decisions everyday (wish I could say every time…I am working on that). Anyway, love to you and many thanks!

When my daughter, Maggie, was in second grade her teacher approached me while I was waiting to walk her home after school. “Didn’t I see you running the other day?” she asked. My reply .. “If you did, someone was chasing me .. “
