It’s no secret my iPad comes everywhere with me. I am secretly a pen and papergirl, however because I travel so much for our clients and didn’t want to carry paper, we had to make the transition to digital. I record everything with mind maps (if you have ever sat in a meeting with me or a mentoring session you know what I mean) and I found an app and tool that had the same feeling of drawing mind maps on a page and keeping them all in one place and not having to carry paper.
My favorite app is Noteshelf; it looks like a bookshelf and allows me to create a ‘note book’ for every client or project I want to work on. This used in combination with a stylus pen (my favorite is the pogo stylus) feels like pen and paper and allows me to be even more productive.
Noteshelf allows you to email the notes, share, save to Evernote and many other tricks. If you want to know more, check out this short video here:
If you are looking for a great note taking app that allows you to record the conversation check out SoundNote – we really like that one too.
What are your favorite note taking apps, we’d love to hear your ideas, share them with us on our blog.
